I am a coach and consultant — not an accredited agent, attorney, or VSO. I don't file claims for you and I don't represent you before the VA. I build strategy, review your documents, and coach you through the process. Fees are stated up front, every time, and I never guarantee an outcome.

The Story

The credential is the claim I already won.

I'm Jermaine Euland. I served in the Marine Corps from 1996 to 2003, and after I got out I ran headfirst into the same wall every veteran hits: a system that pays you what's written down, not what you actually live with — and nobody willing to explain how it really works.

I spent months learning the process through trial and error. Reading my own records line by line. Understanding what the examiner was actually looking for. Figuring out how one condition connects to another. I took my own rating from 50% to 100% Permanent & Total — on my own file, doing the work myself.

That's what I coach now. Not shortcuts, not guarantees, not filing behind your back. The actual process — so you can read your own file, understand your own claim, and make informed moves. Everything I know, I earned the hard way. You don't have to.

Free VSOs Exist

Before you pay anyone — including me — know your free option.

Accredited VSOs are free, and they can do something I can't.

Veterans Service Organizations — the DAV, VFW, American Legion, and your county Veterans Service Officer — are accredited by the VA. They can actually file your claim and represent you before the VA, at no cost. Ever. That's not the budget option; it's the one with the most legal authority behind it.

I coach and strategize. They file and represent. Many veterans use both — and you should always compare. Vet anyone who offers help with your claim: look them up at va.gov accreditation search, ask exactly what they do and don't do, and ask the fee before anything else.

If a free VSO is all you need, that's a win. I'll tell you that to your face.
